60 Day Free Returns for Online Orders

You can return online orders placed on camelbak.co.nz via courier.

To qualify for an exchange or refund:

  • The item is returned within 60 days
  • The item is unused (including has not been filled with liquid) and in its original condition and packaging (with seals still attached)
  • You have proof of purchase

Returns Instructions:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange.

To request a refund or exchange please complete the returns form below. Our customer service team will assess your request and email you a FREE courier return label to print and attach to the return package.

Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition including packaging and tags. It must not have contained any liquids and the hygiene seals must still be on the valve/mouthpiece.

Pack the item carefully so the product and the original box do not get damaged in transit. Please use a traceable courier.

Exchange Item:

Please upload photos of the item, including the fault/issue (if applicable), so we can review your return request. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG. Max file size: 5MB.

We are the New Zealand distributors of CamelBak only and operate as a company separate from other suppliers and retailers internationally. If you wish to return items purchased elsewhere you will need to contact the original retailer. Additionally, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for items purchased at one of our NZ stockists. We recommend contacting the original place of purchase for returns information. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the policies of both local and international retailers so are unable to influence their decisions.

Refunds:
Any refunds will be made to the same card/account that made the purchase.

Exchanges:
You can choose to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another product of the same or lesser value.

CamelBak NZ reserves the right to decline return or refund applications where it deems that the product has been purchased for commercial reasons including selling on marketplaces.

We cannot refund or exchange CamelBak products that have been filled with liquid or used in any way.

The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or refund.

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being mislead, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
