DELIVERY CHARGES:

All orders over $50 are delivered FREE*. 

All other orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $5.00. Shipping is added to the order at the Checkout stage of the order process based on your purchase amount.

*Gift cards are always free to send, but do not contribute to the free shipping threshold when purchased alongside other items.

  • Signature required on all orders.
  • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders are processed and collected by either NZ Couriers, DHL, or Castle Parcels from our Christchurch Distribution Centre.
  • Rural areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery.
  • If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you as soon as possible.
  • Additional delays may occur if further payment or address information is required.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before destroying packaging or removing any attached tags.

Please supply a physical delivery address or P.O. Box (no parcel lockers) where someone will be present to receive the delivery.

When your order dispatches, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed, however, we offer FREE 60-day returns.
